HLC Candles not drawn at same price

Hi Low Close bars aren't draw on exactly the same price. As you can see in the picture where my price cursor is on ES (which is in .25 tick increments) the first green bar low shown on the chart does not match the last 2 green / red bars shown later on the chart. Can you fix this?

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20190711.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
