is it possible to set it up on sim? I put BTC 05-18 in the chart and that works but not the dom (blank) and it is not tradeable

and it might be that the chart, although loaded, is not updating (price frozen)

hmm, seems intraday margins are insanely high... anyhow would be nice to see some dom info.

But the main thing I would like to fix is why the chart is not updating.

This would indicate your data provider does not have you enabled for live data on this instrument. I would recommend reaching out to your data provider to see if they can enable your account for live data on this instrument.

it's a ninjatrader cqg demo - so i should ask the brokerage about that?

The demo accounts are provided by CQG, so this would be a limitation of the demo data feed.

You would need to subscribe to a data provider that supports this instrument to receive live data to populate the chart/superdom.
