when I run a backtest with "Order fill resolution = High" an internal exception is raised.

With NinjaScript strategies I always suggest checking the use case with the SampleMACrossOver to see if it reports the same problem. Does the sample also show this happening in the same use case or is this specific to your custom script?

If this happens with the sampleMACrossOver, I would likely suggest emailing our platform support [at] ninjatrader.com so we can collect log and trace files/steps to see the problem. If this does not happen with the sample, we should instead focus on the custom script and reducing the code to what is required to see the error. If that is the case, was this a strategy builder strategy or manually programmed? Can you provide a sample of the strategy so that I can test for the same result?
