Backup Issue

I am able to save backups, but once I try to restore NT8 from the backup I receive an error message: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource and that is unavailable.
Click ok to try again or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package "Ninja Trader Install msi in the box below.
Can you help wit this error?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
