General Issues in using tick chart

Hi,

This is a general concern when using Tick chart.

Sometimes due to lack of internet connectivity we get some ticks missed at those time that missed data needs to be loaded manually by reloading historical data.

The problem is not every time we know that some ticks was missed due to connectivity & it is hard to do it manually when using multiple charts.

I'm requesting for a solution for the same to get tick data loaded of missed tick's in the chart automatically.
