    Database Corrupted FXCM Demo Ninjatrader8


    I have a problem. My ninjatrader 8 has a corrupted database when I reload the chart. My last candle loaded occurs at 7:55 am on 1 minute chart. After that, he loads new Candles in live, but when I reload these new candles disappear. I use FXCM Provider Demo to feed ninjatrader. What should I do?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.

      These folders has more than 200MB compressed... Can't send it via e-mail....

            Hi, my chart data behaved fine all day but as of tonight, I have this issue as well -- a big chunk of yesterday's chart history is missing. please advise, thank you.

              Hello,

              The missing data is a known issue that happened with our servers and this data will be backfilled this weekend during our weekend maintenance.

              Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.

                This issue appears to still be unresolved. I am now using the forex.com feed, and the issue persists even after cache deletions. Please advise and resolve ASAP. Thank you.

                  Hi Dennis, Do you have a timeframe for fixing the missing data as this was not resolved during the weekend maintenance.

                  I have removed all data from the data base including the cache data incase the problem was at my end, and the problem still exists.
                  This problem has become a far more frequent occurrence in recent weeks.

                              Two of NinjaTrader's historical data servers needed to receive additional maintenance and subsequently are missing some historical data. You should notice that beginning several minutes ago historical data is again being recorded. The servers will have missing historical data back-filled if possible during weekend maintenance.
