Ninja 8 dont start

I have reinstalled the platform a couple of times, but it still does not start ... What I can do?

2019-09-04 15:31:57:447|0|4|Unhandled exception: Insufficient quota to process this command

This can occur if your PC runs out of resources to process whatever we've asked NinjaTrader to do, but there is no way to tell what is causing this on your end without more information.

Please send us an email at PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a link to this forum thread and 2265586 in the body. Also, follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to the email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
