The attached is an excellent list. Regarding IQ Feed and Barchart which are not on the list, do we know if OCO functionality is natively supported on their servers or our local PC?

IQFeed and BarChart are data-feed only providers and are not supported for order-routing.

Is it possible to trade live using IQ Feed connection while order-routing through NT Continuum or other NT Brokerage connection? If not, is this accurate... Rithmic and CQG would have an additional order-routing fee but NT Continuum does not?

Yes - you can use IQFeed as a data provider while submitting orders to any supported brokerage connection. Please contact your potential broker to learn more about the costs of trading.
