It would definitely be preferred to use an inbuilt NT8 feature to download bulk data, rather than using a 3rd party product.

The first feature request vote was around April 2018.

Implementation of feature requests is decided by the Development team. The more votes a feature request receives, the more likely it will be implemented into NinjaTrader.

Note that deciding on features for future releases is not a simple black-and-white decision. There are many factors involved including but not limited to:

• Demand which is measured by objective user requests and subjective discretion on the part of our Product Management team.
• Feasibility
• Developer bandwidth
• Current projects in the queue
• Economics

You'll find a note regarding the feature request in the release notes when a feature is implemented.

Take a look at the Auto HotKey Script I posted several months ago

Use at your own risk as it simulates window key presses and mouse clicks. So read the instructions carefully and don't have other windows running or do other things on your computer whilst the script it running.
