Hello, may I create custom indicator or study in NInja and use values of these indicators in my trade system?

Yes, this can be done.

Typically values are provided from the "plot(s)" of the indicator which the strategy can read.

You can also create "Transparent" plots from an indicator. A transparent plot does not show on the chart and typically would be used to provide a specific signal value to a strategy or market analyzer).
