market replay error there is no market data available to drive simulation engine

Hi There,

I will appreciate if someone can help me here.
- I am running market replay for S&P500 using playback connection.
- When I click to place order on chart trader, it gives me error
there is no market data available to drive simulation engine

Could you please guide me what is wrong with the setup.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please reference this forum thread in the body of your email.
