Invalid Username/Password after booting up in safe mode

I was trying to get Market Replay to go back more than a week to do some practice runs over the weekend but was unable. I had this problem in the past and we tried booting up in safe mode which seemingly fixed the issue. I tried it again yesterday and not only was the problem with market replay not solved but now I'm unable to log into my live account as it says my username and password are invalid. I'm not sure what caused the issue because just about an hour before I booted up in safe mode the live account signed in just fine. Any help? I sent an email to platform support with zipped log and trace files to in case that helps speed up the process.
