Slow DOM ? Replay data

Hello,

I'm trying to use the market replay data with the SuperDOM. Until now i only used to trade using the real data.

But when i'm using market replay, looks like the data on DOM is at slow pace, updating the DOM at intervals of 1 sec.
At docs says that market replay have timestamps of 100 nanosecs, but if the DOM is abble to reproduce it i have an problem with my DOM, is not near close the real data.

My playback connection is at Market Replay selection, and i tried to reproduce the data from ES 06-18, from april 2 to april 6. All days have the same pattern.

Is this normal ? I use only the DOM, so i can't do much more without it.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
