Future bund problem with interactive brokers

The future graph of the bund with interactive brokers does not appear. It tells me the symbol is unknown. I haven't seen him since I installed ninjatrader 8. The future of the dax if I graph correctly. Can you help me, please?

Glad to assist. What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.0)


What version of TWS is in use? See Help > About.

What Dax instrument and expiry have you selected?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
