Data missing. Cant click reload historical data

All data on time and volume charts is missing for the ES today. Tried to reload and its grey'd out. Restarted computer and ninja multiple times

Thanks for your post.

We have received word of issues regarding connections to the NinjaTrader historical data servers this morning. We are currently checking into this for more information and will continue to investigate on our end.

I would recommend referring to the below forum thread started earlier today for updates:

missing price data from shut down last night to start at 6:25am PST NT7 with CQG feed shut down and restarted NT didn't update the data.
