Historical Data disappears when using Tick Replay on charts

Hi
Every time i use an ondicator that needs Tick Replay enabled all historical data disappears from the chart and only the real-time streaming data is shown as time goes.
Now i found this chart on your homepage, does this mean that InteractiveBrokers do not provided historical tick data so that the charts cannot be build and therefore all historical data disappears ?

Hello,

Interactive Brokers does not provide historical tick data via their API to NinjaTrader, so any script or chart requesting tick data would only be able to plot in real-time.
