FXCM connection reliability in NinjaTrader

Hi,

Is there somehow I can test the FXCM connection reliability, preferably having the NT software on the loop of the test?

I am under the impression that earlier today, I was monitoring EUR-USD chart then suddenly a Sell burst happened in a second. Later on, I was checking the closing times in each bar ( I am using Wicked Renko set to "3"), and it seems there were some few seconds between each bar something like a total 15-18 seconds to plot a total of some 4 to 5 bar, but I am pretty sure I haven't seen this slowly developing, all happened in a burst of a second to me. I didn't save an image at the time, so I am not sure what has been the exact moment it happened.

Often if charts are updating erratically, this has to do with PC performance more so than connection instability. I have provided a link below to our Help Guide that goes over performance tips:
