Linking charts so that changing the date on one is reflected in the other

    Hi,
I have linked two charts together via interval and instrument which works fine.
However, I would like to be able to change the date selected in the one of the connected charts and it be reflected in the other as well.
    Example:
I have chart one showing the price as bars. I decide to move the view so I can look 3 months in the past. The chart is linked to chart two which shows RSI, MACD etc. I would like the second chart to reflect the date shown in chart one.

Is this possible to do? I probably have missed something simple.

    Regards,

    Patrick

    Hello Braysham,

    Thanks for your post.

The best way to accomplish the goal is to enable the global cross hair cursor on both charts. When you move the cursor on one, the other chart is sent to the same point in time. The "active" cursor (who is driving) will show additional marks at the center of the cursor.

For further information and options, please see: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...cross_hair.htm
