Volume Profile not displaying

Hello,

I'm using tick charts for my trading - recently I tried adding the Volume Profile indicator that comes with NT8 - but nothing is displaying.

I've tried tweaking the settings of the indicator but there's no change - am I doing something wrong?

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate this further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
