Error help

Hi, Yesterday and today I have had the same problem. Charts very slow to load especially for the ES. And the Dom is out of sync to the charts. So yesterday I put on a trade, which went into the market at a different price than expected. The same happened this morning. This morning there was an error recorded in the log due to the market order going in at a different price than expected when watching the chart. I have attached my log and trace files. I have only been trading in sim101 account. I have only 2 work spaces open. ES and 6A. Both have the same charts and basic set up. Running NT 8.0.18.1 64-bit.
What is your advice?

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Include ticket number 2238082 in the body of the email.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
