With ATM strategies we only have the “Stop Loss” that allows us to define the limit in which we want to close a position with losses if it does not advance in our favor, but this instrument may not work correctly before sudden market movements and end up generating a greater loss . My broker is Ninjatrader, and I love it, but I know of other brokers that have a system that allows us to correct this situation and have an instrument that guarantees that our losses will not exceed the established limit and that the position will close exactly with the indicated price. without any slippage But I don't know if ninjatrader has this system.
