Question Kinetick EOD and Continuous Future Contracts

Hi,

i know, i can select a Global Merge Policy via Options/Market Data.
When i am connected to Kinetick free EOD Data and select a Continuous Contract like CL ##-## i am not able to spot a difference between "Merge non back adjusted" and "Merge back adjusted" Options.

Does Kinetick use last trading day as roll date? Would like to check the close of the individual front and backmonth at rolldate vs. the close of the Continuos Contract.

Merge policy would only affect data when loading a specific contract month. In essence, the merge policy is meant to allow a front month chart to be an analog to a continuous contract by merging together past front months so that you're always viewing data from the front month as you move backwards in time.
