Kinetick Data Inconsistency Between Day Bars and Minute Bars (ES ##-##)

I'm using Kinetick data.

There are bars in the minute data for ES ##-## that are not represented in the day bars.

If I chart Day bars for 2018, there is no day bar for 1/14 or 1/15.

There IS data for those days in the minute series.

Pretty sure this shouldn't happen.

I purged my database files in "Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db" and restarted.

The problem was still there.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S
2234180" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
