Ninjatrader process hanging on background

    Ninjatrader process hanging on background

    Hi, everyone,

    Everytime i close Ninjatrader, it keeps hanging as a process on windows background and when i need to reopen it, i must first to kill this process to go on with the app opening. Is there a way to solve this once for all? I´ve tried to reinstall NT8 a dozen times, but this issue doesn´t seem to go away....

    Thanks for writing in and welcome to the Support forum!

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please include a link to this forum thread in the body of your email.
