Hi NT,

Can I change EURUSD NT8 database to be shown in HalfPips or would I need some conversion process?

Could NT be set to receive from IB the forex data ONLY in HalfPips as NT7 does?

It is not possible to adjust the quoted pip size in NinjaTrader 8. NinjaTrader 8 will display the quotes as it is received from your data provider. For example, if your data provider supplies half-pip, then this is what NinjaTrader 8 will display.

We are currently tracking interest in bringing back the ability to adjust this quoted pip size in NinjaTrader 8. I'll add your vote to the feature request. I'll edit this post when I locate the tracking number.

It is not recommended to adjust the tick size of instruments from their defaults.

This in particular would not work as you desire - it adds a zero after the decimal place instead of limiting the tenth-pip information to half-pip or whole-pip

I did need to use it before to limit the size I see on a footprint chart. Not sure if that is the wisest thing, but in order to read the footprint and make it legible, I had to do it.
