Hot keys setup, but no windows are responding

I am trying to set hot keys to be used with basic entry an/or order ticket windows and am having no luck. I bound my keys to various "F" keys, and am trading stocks on a sim account if that matters at all.

I went through your online instruction manual regarding hotkeys, but I am getting no response when I try to place orders, etc.

Have you enabled 'use order entry hot keys' under Tools>Options>trading? (Tools>Options>General in NT7)

Do you receive any errors upon entering orders? If so, what do they report?

That worked. I must have missed that detail in the instructions.
