Exception error following PC crash

Hi just experienced a crashed PC, when I try to open NT8 I get the attached error. All other programs run fine. Kindly advise ASAP.

Please follow these steps to resolve:

• Shut down NinjaTrader
• Navigate to Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Log folder
• Delete 'Install.XML' file within the log folder.
• Restart NinjaTrader

I followed your instruction and the error code has gone. However on launch NT8 gets as far as initializing the database and the crashes without giving an error cod
