Second log in to same account error

Hi there,

I am getting the error:

My Continuum: Continuum: Disconnect enforced by broker or 2nd login to the same account. (Panic)

I have a VPN and my last connection may have been on this. However I have had this for a long time and no problems disconnecting from VPN and the data auto reconnecting and not throwing this error. I have never given my connection details to anyone else.

Does this error from from NinjaTrader or the data provider?

What steps can I take to get this issue resolved?

Hello,

Thank you for your post. We have seen this error message occur with a quickly lost and restored connection. The first thing I would recommend doing is shutting down NinjaTrader and restarting your VPS/modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to its exceptions list.

Let us know if you see the same after taking these steps.

Thanks for the response mate. I was just testing at the time, so I left it for a while and came back later and it worked. If it happens again I will follow your steps.
