VM keeps shutting off after a few days on...

After a few days on my VM keeps shutting off and closing ninjatrader 8 app....How do I fix this issue?

Same here.. NT8 just crashes after running some time (24-48hrs). Must be a bug, in the task manager i see memory usage and handles. just keep on increasing over time. At some point i guess its too much and the thing crashes.. Would be nice if they could fix this

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2218758" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
