NinjaTrader 8.18 Install Error

Removed previously installed NinjaTrader 8.18 completely due to windows errors.
Downloaded the latest version of NinjaTrader 8 .18 msi but ended up with errors as seen below:

Please help resolve installation. thank you

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of your PC's Even Viewer logs. To get the Event Viewer log please do the following:

• Go to the start menu in Windows and search for Event Viewer
• Expand Window Logs
• Left click on Application
• Right click on Application
• Select 'FilterCurrent Log...'
• Change the 'Logged' drop down option to 'Last 24 hours' > OK
• Right click on Application again
• Select 'Save Filtered Log File As...'
• Make note of the save location, Enter a name for the file, and select Save

Please attach the saved Event Viewer log to your email to us at Platform Support.
