    Errors

    Hi, Been getting some errors the last few days. Check out the attached log file screen shot and see if you can help me understand what they mean?
    The DJTIC error may be because some new 3rd party indicators can use the $TICK? Although I don't have it enabled. Do I have the $TICK in my feed from Continuum? Or is it an extra?
    The EMA errors are baffling?
    NT8 Build: 8.0.18.0 64-bit

    Thank you for your note.

    I would like to take a look at your log files for more information on why this is occurring.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2209475" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
