Hello Support

When upgrading to NT8 v13 and v13.1 I am unable to load my Market Analyzer templates? I get the error message "Unhandled exception: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: s"

I tried rolling back to v12 but when installing v12 I get the error "Database must be used with more current version of Ninjatrader"

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

When I choose to ignore the error ""Database must be used with more current version of Ninjatrader"", then I am able to apply my Market Analyzer templates BUT some of my indicators on charts don't work

I have emailed you my log and trace files
