ChartAnchor.UpdateFromPoint(...) Subracting X value of 1 - Bug

There appears to be a bug in method ChartAnchor.UpdateFromPoint(...). If I get the point corresponding to an anchor using ChartAnchor.GetPoint(...) and then use that point in ChartAnchor.UpdateFromPoint(...), the anchor moves to the left by an X value of 1. In other words, if I add 1 to the X value of point before calling ChartAnchor.UpdateFromPoint(...), the chart anchor remains stationary on the chart.

Do you have a specific test showing what you are describing? Could you attach it for further review?

Is this being called from within a drawing tool or in another context such as in an indicator?
