What version are you looking to target, and what tools do you need from this that are not available in .NET 4.8?

I am still on 8.0.22.2 because as my fellow traders upgrade they seem to experience issues. So, I waited. Now that I am developing some things, I am limited to C# 5. Upgrading will solve this.
