Order Flow Volumetric Bars

Hi everyone. I am trying to use the Order Flow Volumetric Bars. I have the Lifetime license that's OK.
This is the Data series window as it should be, the first image.
My Data series window is in the 2nd Image.
As u see, the chart style is Equivolume, and I can´t choose anything else. NO volumetric char-style option.
Anybody have the same problem ?

Thanks for posting to the forums.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Marco G" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I have to say that the technical support of Ninjatrader, connected to my computer remotely and solved the problem excellently. Very Happy.
