Symbols

When I try to load symbols there is nothing there. Only 2 pairs work. GPP/USD and EUR/USD. I tried connecting to my account Ameritrade and Google but there is no data either. How can I connect to data that will load the symbols?

Glad to assist. This is due to these providers no offering Forex data in NinjaTrader. You may request a FXCM demo via the link below for data for most pairs - ensure to select Forex next to Select Your Asset Class:

So that we may investigate I would ask that you contact us by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. We will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20190621.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
