Dragging the chart around and zooming in and out?

Since 07-05-2019 this feature has not been implemented.... Very poor follow through on Ninjatrader 8 platform as this feature speeds up the workflow of every trader by a country mile... All the other competitors offer this feature out of the box... tradingview, sierra charts, quantower, TT etc.

I would suggest until it is changed, just use a mouse with some extra buttons that you can make a hotkey for and map 'Ctrl' to it.

Imagine paying $1000+ for a platform that does't have a simple and logical mouse and/or trackpad zoom capability built-in and all you can do is complain on a message board while some customer service tech says "I forwarded your request to our development team" and 2 years after the original post nothing has changed. Please get your sh** together NT. While you're at it, maybe catch up with the rest of the trading world and offer a web-based version, mac version, ios/android app, or at least one of those (web trading capability would be the most useful). I'm sick of having to have multiple platforms and brokerages because NinjaTrader can't figure out how to include very basic things. Unacceptable in 2021.
