Good Morning. I have a problem with my marketdata, they do not send me the ticks of the last trading hour. This way, every day I do the "load" of this information, but I realize that when I activate the real-time data is subscribed. Is there any option I can configure so that today's real-time data does not subscribe to the previous day's data?

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
