Tick chart not updating price

Hi, if i change the tick chart from 500 to 100 it will update the price but if i dont do that manually the price doesnt change, im connected to ninjatrader continuum and viewing the YM 09-18, and its on a new demo account.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

We have not yet received the files, could you try sending them manually?

Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

You can send these to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
