Feature Request - Misc - No Input?

Dear NT8-Support Team,
I'm relatively new to NinjaTrader and I stumble over a lot of limitations of the Strategy Builder, which I don't understand compared to other similar software.
Why is it required under Misc. to hard code the lookback "Period" for the Highest or Lowest Bar to a number?
Why is it not possible to set the Period based on User Input in the Input section (e.g. RangeBars, int) and then set the Period to RangeBars?
Thank you very much for considering my feature request. Should be an easy fix.

I'll submit this feature request to be able to set the period value to a user defined variable to our development team for consideration - I'll update this thread once the request has been processed.
