Trying to update NT8 from
8.0.11.1 64-bit (Multi-Broker)

gives the following error:

We're sorry, your license code appears to be invalid or was entered incorrectly. Please try again.

License keys are 32 characters long broken up into 8 4-character sections separated by dashes and are case-sensitive.

Please make sure you're copying and pasting the key from within your platform exactly. You'll find your key in the Control Center > Help > License Key window.

If you've copied your live key precisely and it is still not working, I would encourage you to write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com so that our Licensing Team can troubleshoot what is occurring.

NOTE: DO NOT post your live license key on the forums (or in any public place)
