Futures IB Market data loading very slow, stuck

Hello! Im having problems loading futures from IB, the data doesnt load or when i restart NT8 several times , then sometimes the data is loaded after several minutes, I reset All historical data, i have market data subscription for the intruments im trying to load, and there is no error in the log.

What version of TWS or the IB Gateway are you using? You can check under TWS or Gateway Help menu -> About -> Scroll to the Build #

Also, please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2194197 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
