Go back on the past contract expiry

Im looking at GC 8-19 bur I see no data...how do I go back to the previous contract ?

Thank you for using NinjaTrader.

You may load the previous contract by simply typing in "GC 06-19" in the chart and pressing Enter, however GC 08-19 is the current contract, so you should see data if it's being provided by your data feed.

So that I may provide the best possible assistance, please answer the following:

Do other futures instruments work?

Which data feed are you connected to?

Do you see any errors on screen? Are there errors in the Log tab? If so, what do these errors report?

What Trading Hour template is in use? This may be checked by right-clicking the chart, selecting Data Series, then going to Time Frame > Trading Hours

What interval is selected? (for example 1 minute, 100 tick, etc.)
