NQ ##-## minute bar chart creation fails?

i am attempting to create an NQ ##-## minute bar chart. two days of price bars [2880 bars] are requested. at the start a message ''loading'' is displayed but then nothing ever happens [ie] no bars are ever displayed and the chart remains blank? please advise.

data provider is ninja's data feed [kinetick?]

yes, it is an 18 year daily bar chart

Hello,

If using NinjaTrader Continuum or CQG, continuous contracts would not be supported. If you load any contract with the default merge settings though, the contract will include historical data from the previous contracts to create a continuous contract of sorts. I've included details on our merge policy below:

Kinetick would be expected to support continuous contracts, are you using the Kinetick EOD free feed?

is it not true that i obviously have continuous contract support because i already have an 18 year continuous contract daily bar chart? now i merely want to create a minute bar chart instead of a daily bar chart?

i am paying monthly for kinetick data [i think] so i don't think i am using eod?

can you please remotely log on to my computer to take a look at my setup?
