IB data slow to load

I have been running crypto trading with an API with Bitfinex and did not seem to have any major issues.
I installed IB platform with and take for ever to have charts to open.
Can you assist please? This is not going the way I wanted for forex trading
Please assist in through team viewer. Im not a geek on computers.

I suspect that you're running into a known limitation with Interactive Brokers which is that historical data requests are relatively slow when compared to other data feeds. This can cause the long load time symptom that you describe.
