Renko Chart not loading

Hi,
I have just installed NinjaTrader8 and have uploaded minute level historical data for one of the instruments from 2008. I am able to view the 1-min normal candle stick chart and every other type of chart but when I switch to renko all I get is a blank screen. Please help.

I have attached the screenshot of 1min candle stick chart, renko settings and chart with renko ( blank). Please check

Thanks for your post.

NinjaTrader works with 3 historical bar types to build other bars with, Tick, Minute and Day.

Renko bars require tick data.
