CL not working in chart

I'm trying to trade CL but when I enter the symbol there is no volume or price movement. ES and MES work just fine. I have tried July and August contracts. Why won't CL work?

Thanks for posting to the forums.

Likely your data subscription is not enabled for the Nymex exchange, which the CL trades on.

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum post, ticket number '2183172' and a message 'ATTN Marco'.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
