Kaspersky blocked NinjaTrader

Hi,

My NinjaTrader 8 closed suddenly today and a Kaspersky showed a message that trojan was found in ninjatrader folder.
After that NinjaTrader platform cannot be opened.
I have tried to reinstall Ninjatrader but it also cannot be opened.
Unless I disable the protection from Kaspersky, I cannot open Ninajtrader.

My Ninjatrader runs on Wiindows 10 pro. and Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.0.1.90
Can you help to fix it.

I cannot see the full file path, but I suspect Kaspersky had blocked the executable file. Kaspersky has incorrectly identified a NinjaTrader file/process as malicious. We would not have documentation about how to prevent Kaspersky from doing this.

Please contact Kaspersky support and let them know NinjaTrader is being reported as malicious when it is not in fact malicious. This is sometimes referred to as a 'false positive'. Kaspesky support will be able to guide you on how to allow NinjaTrader through their scans. The following locations should be excluded from scans:

• Files
  • C > Program Files (x86) > NinjaTrader 8 > bin > NinjaTrader.exe
  • C > Program Files (x86) > NinjaTrader 8 > bin64 > NinjaTrader.exe
• Folders:
  • C > Program Files (x86) > NinjaTrader 8
  • Documents > NinjaTrader 8
  • Documents > NinjaTrader 8 Backup
