Curious if there is an option to when I draw a trend-line on a chart, on other charts (of the same instrument) the trend-line shows up as well. For example, I have several tabbed charts of different time frames on one instrument and would like to draw a TL on the 1 minute chart and have that linked/synced to the other timeframes. Thanks!

Universal/Linked Trendlines?
Hi,
Curious if there is an option to when I draw a trend-line on a chart, on other charts (of the same instrument) the trend-line shows up as well. For example, I have several tabbed charts of different time frames on one instrument and would like to draw a TL on the 1 minute chart and have that linked/synced to the other timeframes. Hello Stok,
Thanks for your post.
Yes, you can change your drawn line to a "global" line that will show on all related instrument charts. Double left click on the line to open the "Drawing Objects" window, on the right side change the "Attach to: " to (All charts) of the instrument. Please note that if the line is deleted on any chart, it will be deleted on all charts.
Please review, "Understanding local vs. global drawing objects" in the helpguide section here: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...us/?charts.htmPaul H.NinjaTrader Customer Service
