Unable to get a demo account

I have a new email from Gmail but when I tried to register a future demo account with NT, I get a reply invalid email. Please advise, thank you all

sometimes i've seen it take a while, 15-20 minutes but they should always come through... just to be clear, these are DATA demo accounts. the paper trading account is held locally on your own computer..
